Attention: Our Poodles are genetically tested for the Merle gene. We do not Breed Merle to Merle. But from time to time we do have this strong Gene single copy Merle show up.

All breeds will be fully Vet checked for Hernia, Bite, Joint Luxation, Etc.
All litters will be under a Strict Spay/Neuter Contract unless breeding quality puppy is discussed and purchased. A $3000 fee will be charged if you are found Breeding a non Breed quality adult not approved by TLC.
$350. Deposit
We collect 6% MD State tax at pickup/delivery. It is the Law!!!
We have the right to change who is breed to whom and for what size at any time up to breeding. Depending on who comes into heat at what time may determine what size they will be breed for.
DEPOSITS
$350.00 Non-refundable deposit, Non-Transferable to another person, but can transfer to next available litter. We can't, and morally do not feel we could, transfer a deposit for someone to jump in front of our other customer that just got on the list. This is also why we do not have a pick of the litter price. $350 by check or $350 +$10 Credit Card fee with Paypal.
The order in which your name will be placed on our waiting list will be determined by the confirmation date of your Deposit and signed Deposit and Application Form.
Please understand the Deposit is for a commitment from you to TLC and a commitment from us to help you find the right puppy for your family. The deposit goes toward unlimited text, phone calls, and email you may want to send, to answer all your questions, before your puppy is picked and goes home.
***Maryland Requires buyers pay 6.0% Sales Tax from all states not where puppy delivered.
Final Payment is required in CASH, Venmo, Zelle, Cashiers Check, Credit Card at the time of puppy pick up or 10 days prior to flight departure. You may pay by personal check if it is paid 7 days before pickup. Mail is taking 2 wks to get to us minimal. You are required to pick up your puppy on the dates specified for each litter. Only special circumstances will allow you to pick up your puppy up to 3 days after 1st original pick up date. If your puppy is not picked up within 3 days, your puppy will be available to another family or boarding fees will apply ($26 per day). Your deposit is non-refundable and Non Transferable to another person, if you do not pick up your puppy within 3 days. It is truly in the best interest of your puppy to start bonding with their new families once they are separated from their litter mates.
