Prices can increase do to: behavior, feces removal, scissor cutting or matting.

PAYMENT
Bills must be paid in full when picking up your dog. Either Cash or Check or Venmo or Zelle is acceptable.

Credit Card with 3.4% fee

Fill out and sign dog/client information and release

o Current on all vaccinations.
o Distemper/Parvo Combination (DHLPP)
o Bordatella (kennel cough)

CANCELATION POLICY

We understand that life can be unpredictable, so reaching out to us via phone, text, or messenger will help us fill the appointment time with someone else. Please notify us least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment Same-day cancellations will incur a $50 fee, as we may not have enough time to fill the slot. Thank you for your understanding!

VACCINATION POLICY

Dogs must be fully vaccinated at least two weeks prior to your appointment. It is your responsibility to provide proof of vaccination before scheduling. We require DHPP, Lepto, Rab, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). You can text us at 301-501-1818 or email us at TLCbytheLakeStandardPoodle@hotmail.com with your pet's vaccination records. Vaccinations are essential for the safety of your pet and all the pets we groom

FLEA POLICY

Please ensure that all dogs are treated for fleas and ticks before scheduling an appointment. We do not groom dogs with fleas; if live fleas are discovered during, the session will be stopped and you will be asked to pick up your pet immediately.
